The Problem
Katie and Lisa run SWRP's vacancies through their CRM, Manatal, which has no native WordPress integration. Without one, keeping vacancies on the website in sync with Manatal, and getting applications back into it, means manual copying between two systems for every listing.
What I did
Beka Bright provided all the design and branding elements for SWRP, and my job as the developer was to turn them into a working WordPress site.
The project also called for integration with SWRP's CRM, Manatal, which has no native WordPress plugin. So I built a bespoke one: it automatically fetches vacancies to display on the site, and posts incoming job applications back into Manatal for founders Katie Strange and Lisa Wright to manage from one place.
The Result
Vacancies now stay in sync automatically, and every application submitted through the site lands straight in Manatal for Katie and Lisa to manage — no manual copying between systems for either side of the process.
