Do I need to have had my site built by you to host with you?
No. I host websites built by anyone. If I didn't build yours, I'll still happily review it during migration and flag anything that might affect performance or security. You're not locked in to using my development services.
What's the actual support experience like?
You email me directly and I respond within 1–2 working hours (Mon - Fri, 8 am - 8 pm). There's no helpdesk ticket system, no bots, and no "your query has been passed to the team". It is me, the person who knows how your site works.

Can I get root access to the servers?
Not on shared plans. If you opt for a VPS or dedicated option, I can likely give you full root access assuming you know what you are doing.
How does the migration work?
All you need to know is that I will handle the whole thing. All you need to do is give me access to your existing hosting, and I move your files, databases and emails. I test prior to flicking the switch and migrations usually complete within 1 working day.
What if I want to cancel?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not happy. After that you can cancel any time. I will ensure you are migrated away expertly and should you need it, I can provide a download of everything.
Is the hosting actually green, or just marketed as green?
I take time to find the right providers of servers and infrastructure and one of those criteria is that they are responsible and run on 100% renewable energy. Aside from the energy source, hosting a website in the UK, aimed at UK visitors means the traffic has less distance to travel making it more efficient and uses less energy overall.
Do you only support WordPress?
God no! The one-click tooling is WordPress specific and is aimed at those who want to do things themselves without the need for a developer. However, I am a nerdy developer that understands PHP, HTML, CSS and builds using Drupal, Statamic, Jigsaw and bespoke Laravel applications.
