Spendlow's Barbering

The Problem

Dan was pushed into opening his own barber shop sooner than planned, due to unforeseen circumstances, and needed a way to advertise the shop and get his services in front of people fast.

What I did

Dan always had the vision of owning his own barber shop rather than hiring a chair from someone else, and when he was in need of a website, he spoke to his clients — and chose me.

I built the site using the static site generator Jigsaw, prioritising speed, security, and Dan's own personality over a heavier CMS he didn't need for a single-location shop.

The Result

Dan has a fast, secure site that reflects his own style and gives new and existing clients somewhere to see his services and get in touch, without the overhead of a CMS he never needed.
