What I built it with
Services
The Problem
Zoe, a doula, had been working with Postpartum Matters CIC and decided to go solo. She needed a website of her own to show off her skills and offer her postpartum and massage services to women in the Durham area, with an easy way for them to get in touch and book.
What I did
Zoe was recommended to me by a branding expert I'd worked with on my own branding. She is a doula offering postpartum support and massage in the Durham area, and having previously worked with Postpartum Matters CIC, she was setting up on her own.
Zoe came to me with a complete brand: she'd had branding and illustrations developed for her, and the content was written by Jenny Lucas. The look is calm with a strong earthy feel, and my job as the developer was to turn all of it into a working WordPress site that kept that feeling intact.
The site is built on WordPress with the Divi theme. A Cal.com integration manages bookings for Zoe's free consultations and massage support sessions, so women can arrange support without any back and forth.
I also host the site, look after the domain, and provide Zoe with my Essential Care Plan, so she can concentrate on her clients.
The Result
Held by Zoe is a detailed, informative site that lets Zoe showcase her skills and offer her services to women who want support during and after pregnancy, with free consultations and massage sessions bookable online.
