The Problem
When Candacraig launched, Sharon and Martin needed a website — and someone to keep it, their store, and their newsletters running, so they could focus on writing and performing rather than managing a site themselves.
What I did
I built Candacraig something rudimentary in the first instance, and over time the website has grown and developed. I built it on WordPress, added a basic online store with WooCommerce linked to their payment gateway, SumUp, and set up MailPoet inside WordPress for newsletters.
I manage all of it myself: content updates, the store, and every newsletter send, so Sharon and Martin can focus on the music rather than the website.
The Result
Candacraig sells physical and digital releases directly to fans and keeps them updated through regular newsletters, without touching the website themselves. I handle the content updates, the store, and every newsletter send.
Tom is always on hand when we need him, and has given us great advice when it comes to design and SEO. We're a much more oiled machine with him on board!
